In my role as your doula, it's important for you to know that I prioritize your emotional and physical well-being above all else. One aspect of this is that I do not engage in any clinical tasks, ensuring that my focus remains solely on providing you with unwavering emotional support and guidance throughout your journey. I firmly believe in empowering you to make informed decisions that align with your values and preferences, never imposing my own opinions or agenda onto your experience.
Additionally, I will always communicate with you in a respectful and considerate manner, never speaking above or over you to your healthcare provider. Moreover, I am here to complement and support your partner, rather than taking over or overshadowing their role in this transformative process. By upholding these principles, I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to navigate your childbirth journey with confidence and autonomy.
Birth Doula - Traditional
• FREE initial call or in person visit to make sure I am the right fit for you
• Prenatal visit (app. 2hours)
• Setting up a birth plan
• Unlimited prenatal support via phone calls/text and email
• Doctor appointment check ins after apt to go over the apt and make sure you are comfortable
• Breastfeeding support​
• Continuous in person support for active birthing(will log all info during)
• Photos as I can and when I can
• Post birth check at hospital (1-2hours)
• Postpartum check in within 2weeks after birth in person
• Postpartum check in via phone call within 2weeks after birth if needed

Birth Doula - Prenatal
$400
• Free Initial phone call or in person visit to make sure I am the right fit for you
• Two visits in person or virtual (up to 2hrs each)
• Unlimited phone calls and text up to birth
• Birth plan and check list for birth made and printed out
• One follow up call after birth

This service is basically where I will help you make a game plan for delivery day! I will give you tips and tricks to use while in delivery along with key words to use with your support person to make sure you are both prepared. I will go over the top labor positions to use along with comfort measures and any other tools that may be helpful to you and baby. I will also go over a birth plan with you and print it off for you to have on the big day.

Postpartum Doula
$35/hr
• Help with breastfeeding and latching
• Bubble time for mom and dad
• General infant care and feedings
• Light cleaning
• Grocery pick up
• Care for other kiddos in home while parents have bubble time
• Prep snacks and a meal for the day
• Make a plan to return to work and infant care
• Transition the family
Add Ons
• Aroma Touch (light massage) with Essential Oils $50/session (one hour)
• Deep clean and organize a room - $25/hour
• Meal prep for a week at a time -$10/hour plus all the ingredients needed

Bereavement Doula
$35/hr
• Unlimited photos
• Hand prints & Foot prints
• Hair keepsake
• Help with setting up funeral arrangements
• Contacting local church and/or groups to help, community resources for grief counseling,
• 1week/2week/3week/4week check ins via phone/text or in person if needed
